A German investor is reportedly close to taking over rugby union side London Irish.
Businessman Daniel Loitz, who is the head of Hokulani Limited, has described his attempts to buy the club as "positive".
It entered administration 12 months ago and was removed from the Premiership - making it a 10-team league - after wracking up debts of around 30-million pounds.
