Liverpool fear Alexander Isak has suffered a major injury after being forced off in last night's 2-1 win at Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League.
The club are waiting for the results of a scan but it's understood there are big concerns over damage to the Sweden international's lower left leg.
Isak was hurt scoring the opener, only his second goal since his British record transfer from Newcastle.
