Scottish trio Rory Sutherland, Ewan Ashman and Darcy Graham will link up with the Lions ahead of the midweek game against a First Nations and Pasifika 15.
Edinburgh winger Graham will join up with the tourists' squad today, with Ashman and Sutherland set to leave the Scotland camp after their weekend match with Samoa.
Sutherland made six appearances for the Lions on the 2021 tour of South Africa, including two Test matches.
