Courtney Lawes and George McGuigan have both withdrawn from England's Six Nations training squad.
Lawes sustained a calf injury in Northampton's loss to La Rochelle in the Heineken Champions Cup at the weekend.
Gloucester hooker McGuigan has a knee problem.
