Kerry’s quest for an Allianz Hurling League final place continues this afternoon as they play host to Mayo.

That’s on at 1 in Tralee.

The top two sides face off in Division 1B of the National Hurling League this afternoon.

Clare welcome Wexford to Ennis with throw in at 1:15pm.

Also in that Division, it's a 2pm start for the meeting of Kildare and Carlow.

The Division 1A meeting between Waterford and Tipperary has been moved to next week after a bereavement.

Limerick beat Cork in Division 1A of the National Hurling League.

Goals from Shane O'Brien, Cathal O'Neill and an Aidan O'Connor penalty helped the Treaty to a 3-19 to 20 point win at the Gaelic Grounds.

Galway took a big step towards remaining at the top table next year.

They smashed Kilkenny by 35 points to 17 in Salthill.

Dublin strolled to a 6-32 to 18 point win at home to Down in their Division 1B clash.

John Hetherton scored two of the six goals.
