Ireland manager opens up for the first time about heart scare

Republic of Ireland manager Stephen Kenny has opened up for the first time about the heart scare in 2019 that nearly cost him his life.

The collapse of Denmark footballer Christian Eriksen at the European Championship brought back memories for Kenny of the cardiac issue he suffered in Sweden after an Under 21 match.

Kenny, who was fitted with a pacemaker and is now in good health, explained to OTB Sports how stark the situation became
