The 24-year-old had been linked with a move to the Sale Sharks in recent weeks, but his new deal will keep Doak in Belfast until the end of the 2028 season.

Munster head coach Clayton McMillan has opted to rest his Ireland internationals, with Tadhg Beirne, Jack Crowley and Craig Casey not involved.

But Calvin Nash has recovered from illness and has been named to start - while there's a place on the bench for the returning Brian Gleeson.
