Kerry are to play Armagh in the last 8 of the All-Ireland Senior Football championship following this weekend's results.

Due to the fact that a repeat of Provincial Final and group stage pairings are to be avoided, Armagh cannot meet any of the other sides who came through the preliminary quarter-finals.

The draw for the last 8 will be held this morning.

Along with Kerry; Dublin, Donegal and Galway also qualified from the preliminary quarter finals and will face a group one of the group winners; Meath, Monaghan and Tyrone.

Donegal boss Jim McGuinness says the schedule has been tough on his team but they are where they need to be
