Defender Conor Bradley signs new long-term contract with Liverpool

Defender Conor Bradley has signed a new long-term contract with Liverpool.

He's seen as the natural successor to Trent Alexander-Arnold - who's leaving Anfield at the end of the season.

Bradley's made 27 appearances for Arne Slot's side this season - helping them to become Premier League champions.

Everton have confirmed Ashley Young will leave the club at the end of the season.

The 39-year old moved to the Merseyside outfit from Aston Villa in 2023.

Goalkeepers Asmir Begovic and Joao Virginia will also depart when their contracts expire this summer.

Bournemouth have confirmed that defender Dean Huijsen will leave the club to join Spanish giants Real Madrid at the end of the season.

The La Liga side have activated the 20-year-old's 50-million-pound release clause.

Huijsen's been a key part of a record-breaking season for Bournemouth - who've broken their highest points tally in the Premier League.

AFC Wimbledon have reached the League Two play-off final after beating Notts County 2-nil on aggregate in the semis.

They won the second leg 1-nil to move a step closer to promotion.

They'll play Walsall in the final at Wembley a week on Monday.
