Andrew Coscoran smashed the Irish indoor 5-thousand metres record last night.
The Balbriggan native came home in 13-minutes 12-point-5-6 seconds at the John Thomas Terrier Classic in Boston.
He beat the previous record, held by his training partner Brian Fay, by more than 4 seconds.
