Chelsea have asked for their FA Cup quarter-final at Middlesbrough on Saturday to be played behind closed doors.
It's after the club were denied a request to sell away tickets for the match because of the financial restrictions they're operating under following the sanctioning of Russian owner Roman Abramovich.
Chelsea say they've requested that no fans be at the Riverside Stadium to protect "matters of sporting integrity".
Middlesbrough have called Chelsea's request both "bizarre" & "without merit".
Boro chairman Steve Gibson says the words ‘Chelsea’ and ‘sporting integrity’ don’t belong in the same sentence.
