Ireland head coach Andy Farrell has confirmed that Ryan Baird has suffered a fractured tibia.
The Leinster forward was withdrawn during Saturday's loss to South Africa at the Aviva Stadium.
Mack Hansen is also an injury concern for Connacht after he was taken off with a recurrence of the foot injury he has struggled with since the summer.
