Three-and-a-half thousand fans will be allowed inside Tallaght Stadium for the second leg of Shamrock Rovers’ Conference League playoff with Flora Tallinn.
The game will be part of a test series of events with social distancing of one-metre.
Rovers travel to Estonia for the first leg on Thursday.
