The Cats are away to Antrim with the action underway from 2pm at Corrigan Park.
Galway made amends for their opening Leinster Hurling championship defeat with a big win in round 2.
They were no match for Offaly who fell to a 2-25 to 1-14 point loss in Tullamore.
Earlier, Dublin got the better of Wexford with a controversial penalty in a 3-26 to 4-19 win at Parnell Park.
