An oil painting by Jack B Yeats depicting the Kerry coastline has sold at auction for almost £82,000.
Kerry Fisherman was painted by the artist in 1927 and shows a local fisherman to the fore with his catch and the sea in the background.
The painting had been in a private family collection in Canada for the past 50 years before being auctioned this week at Sothebys in London.

It had a guide price of £70,000 to £100,000; the winning bid was £81,900.
