Xeinadin, a professional services firm in Ireland and the UK, has acquired a Kerry-based cloud-accounting practice.
Killarney-based O’Rourke & Co is joining Xeinadin’s team.
Founded in 2011, O’Rourke & Co specialises in cloud and digital accounting to support small and medium-sized businesses.
Founder Seán O’Rourke says joining Xeinadin was a natural next step given the recent growth of their clients and due to Xeinadin’s ‘SME first’ approach.

In 2024, Xeinadin committed to investing over €40 million into Ireland in 18 months.
