The Irish Coast Guard at Valentia and An Garda Síochána assisted a women in her 60s on the Dingle peninsula yesterday (30th March).
The woman sustained an ankle injury while walking near Annascaul Lake at approximately three o'clock (3pm).
She was brought to University Hospital Kerry for treatment.
