Woman’s body discovered in unexplained circumstances in Killarney

The body of a woman, aged in her 70s, has been discovered in unexplained circumstances in Killarney.

At around 1:15pm, the body of a woman was discovered in a property in Ardshanavooley.

The body remains at the scene.

The scene is currently preserved to allow for a technical examination to be conducted.

The office of the State Pathologist has been notified.
