A wheelchair-accessible boat tour has launched on Killarney Lakes.
Ross Castle Boat Tours launched the inclusive tour boat in Killarney National Park over the weekend.
It's named An Cathal after the late Charlie Fleming, whose sons Michael and Tony now run the boat tours.
An Cathal is designed for people with limited mobility and neurodiverse needs.
The boat is fitted with a fixed stairway and fasteners built into the floor to allow wheelchairs to be securely attached.
All staff completed online training with autism charity AsIAM and the boat carry’s a sensory box.
Assistance dogs are also welcome.
The National Parks and Wildlife Services collaborated with the brothers in the design of the boat.
