West Limerick bus operator says he had to give up school contract after over 40 years due to cost

A West Limerick bus operator says he had to give up the school transport contract after over 40 years due to the rising cost of doing business.

Paudie Kenneally of Paudie Kenneally Coach Hire of Newcastle West has been serving schools in the West Limerick and North Kerry area for 42 years.

He says giving up the contract was a difficult decision to make because of the school children and the families he has been dealing with for decades.
