Valentia Coast Guard coordinated a medevac from the Great Blasket Islands, after a woman injured her ankle.
The OPW called for assistance just after 1pm.
Due to low tides, the Valentia Lifeboat was tasked to the scene; they brought the woman to Dingle where she was transported to University Hospital Kerry for treatment by ambulance.
