Vacant site with potential to become hotel on the market in Killarney with €3 million guide price

A vacant site, just 500m from Killarney town centre, is on the market with a €3 million guide price, as a potential hotel location.

Estate agent, CBRE Hotels says the 0.3ha (0.75 acres) site on Muckross Road is a rare opportunity to develop a hotel in the area.

The sale is subject to planning permission.

The likelihood of a bidder's design getting approval from Kerry County Council will be considered when the seller chooses a preferred bid.

There is an existing architects' plan for a four-to-six storey hotel with approximately 150 bedrooms on the site.
