Two Kerry women who died in Limerick crash to be laid to rest today

Two Kerry women who died in a crash in Limerick on Good Friday will be laid to rest today.

Siobhan Shanahan (nee Brosnan), who was in her forties and originally from Ballybunion, and Mary Barry, a mother-of-four in her fifties from Tralee, lost their lives following a two-car collision which happened close to Adare.

A private family funeral will take place at 12noon for Mary Barry in St John's Parish Church, Tralee.

Siobhan Shanahan will also be laid to rest today following a private family funeral at 1pm in St John's Church, Ballybunion.
