A truck driver in Kerry has been arrested for dangerous driving and tested positive for drug driving.
Members of the Kerry Roads Policing Unit observed a lorry overtaking dangerously and almost causing a collision yesterday (Sunday).
Gardaí stopped the vehicle and conducted a roadside drugs test; with the driver testing positive.

The HGV driver was arrested and charged with dangerous driving; the motorist is due to appear before the court at a later date.
Gardaí say a blood specimen was obtained which will be forwarded for drug analysis.
