IT Tralee has received €400,000 for capital works and equipment.
The funding, which follows a previous allocation of €900,000, is an investment by the government in the higher education sector.
Minister for Education and Kerry TD Norma Foley has welcomed the funding, saying the allocation will be used to assist blended and online learning.

She adds this funding represents the highest level of capital allocations in a decade for higher education investment.
