Tralee councillor calls for online booking system at Fenit Marina

A Tralee councillor has called for an online booking system to be implemented at Fenit Marina.

Sinn Féin Cllr Deirdre Ferris put forward the motion at the recent Tralee Municipal District meeting.

She said upon examining the reviews of the location, difficulty reserving berths is a consistent problem for visitors.

Cllr Ferris said that a digital booking service would provide a more up to date alternative to ringing the Marina’s offices.

She said she wants to continue the trend of investment into Fenit and attract more tourists to the Tralee MD.
