Threshold CEO understands why Kerry County Council must up rent to improve housing stock

The CEO of Threshold says it’s understandable that local authorities, like Kerry County Council, increase their tenants' rents to improve the housing stock.

John-Mark McCafferty leads the organisation which supports renters with tenancy issues.

Rents will increase for almost two-in-every-five (38%) Kerry County Council tenancies from February.
