Third level institutions want €600m in extra investment

The group representing institutes of technology is calling for nearly €600 million in investment over the next three years.

The Technological Higher Education Association has written to the Minister of Finance Pascal Donohoe ahead of Budget 2022.

The group, which includes the Munster Technological University, wants €22 million towards climate retrofitting of buildings and €12 million put into student mental health for 2022.
