Temperatures reached 23 (23.2) degrees in Kerry yesterday.
That's according to Met Eireann who recorded the data from South Kerry's weather station Valentia Observatory.
The warmest part of the country was Phoenix Park where temperatures reached 29 degrees.

It comes as status yellow high temperature warning is in place for the country today, with temperatures expected to hit 32 degrees in some parts.
