Kerry will come under a status yellow weather warning for rain overnight tonight.
The warning has been issued by Met Éireann for Kerry and Cork, and will be in effect from 2am to 8am on Tuesday.
Met Éireann is predicting a spell of heavy rain, coupled with strong and gusty east to southeast winds.

The forecaster is warning of the potential for localised flooding and difficult travelling conditions.
