South Kerry man to become chief executive of Macra na Feirme

A South Kerry man is to become the next chief executive of rural youth organisation Macra na Feirme.

Michael Curran, who’s from Waterville, is to commence his role next week.

The Kerry native joined the Irish Defence Forces in 1993 and served for 24 years in a variety of roles.
