A portfolio of almost 70 social housing apartments in Tralee being offered for sale is expected to attract interest from domestic and international investors.
The 40 units at An Sean Mhuileann on North Circular Road and 29 apartments at Parklands, Ivy Terrace have a guide price of €10.74 million.
The Irish Times reports that the Tuath Housing Association has taken a 20-year lease for the apartments at An Sean Mhuileann and Co-Operative Housing Ireland has a similar lease for the units in Parklands.

The current net income from the apartments is €524,000 per year.
