A festival celebrating the archaeology along the coast of South Kerry is taking place this weekend.
The Skellig Coast Archaeology Festival 2025 is hosted by Heritage Iveragh, also known as Oidhreacht Uíbh Ráthaigh, is running until Wednesday October 29th.
The festival takes place across the Iveragh Peninsula, beginning in Derrynane in Caherdaniel and ending in Tech Amergin in Waterville.
Events include bronze casting demonstrations, hikes to view petroglyphs, and mushroom foraging.
