Shannon Airport has been awarded for its customer service.
The Ireland Customer Experience Insights (CXi) Report 2023 surveyed 175 organisations where 150 were ranked under 11 different categories.
Shannon Airport was named in top spot in the travel category, was the number one airport surveyed, and ranked in the overall top 20 in Ireland for customer experience.

This was the airport’s first year included in the report.
