See Something Say Something will be rolled out countywide in the first quarter of 2023.

That’s according to Chief Superintendent of the Kerry Garda Division, Padraic Powell.

In 2022, the text alert system received over 650 messages.

Chief Superintendent Powell says he expects the scheme to be fully rolled out in this year.
