Roses to take part in The Moonlight Parade this evening

Mamma Mia - Four of this year’s International Roses are championing motherhood as they embark on the Rose of Tralee International Festival. Western Canada Rose Ciara Confrey will be joined in Tralee by her daughter Mia, Limerick Rose Leah McMahon will be joined by her daughter Ella, Armagh Rose Erin McCormac will be joined by her son Jonah, and Mayo Rose Clara Gardiner will be joined by her son Noah. These inspiring Moms are among the 32 International Roses that will arrive in Tralee this Friday, 15 August for the 67th Rose of Tralee International Festival. The Roses will take part in The Moonlight Parade this evening.

The parade will feature all 32 Roses and their escorts, and there’ll be floats and lots of entertainment.

It’ll leave from John Joe Sheehy Road at 8.45pm and it’ll travel to Denny Street for 10.30pm.

The Rose Buds and Buddies, along with 11 marching bands and over 100 performers will also all take part.
