Kerry has been ranked as one of the counties where peope are least likely to complete the twelve pubs of Christmas.
That’s according to research conducted by Casino.org Ireland, based on data from the 2022 Census, Garda statistics and liquor-licence counts.
The report shows that Kerry ranks 23rd out of 26th in likelihood to complete the crawl, with a 1-in-5 chance of people making it to pub number 12.
According to the data the county’s high pub-per-head ratio, and rural spread of bars, make it a more difficult crawl route to complete.
The figures show Cavan is the county with the lowest likelihood to complete it, while Wicklow topped the chart with a 90% completion rate.
