Two Kerry test centres rated outside the top 10 in research into the best place to take your driving test.
The data by insurance broker Quote Devil ranked the top 51 centres in Ireland based on a number of criteria.
This included monthly pass rate, average number of applications, test wait times, and average no shows.
Loughrea test centre in Galway came out in top spot in the analysis.
The research by Quote Devil ranked Killarney driving test centre in 15th place out of 51.
It shows the centre receives on average 247.1 applications per month, with 91.2% of these scheduled within the month.
The figures show the average driving test wait time in Killarney is 14.8 weeks, while the centre has a monthly pass rate of 47.9%.
Tralee driving test centre placed in 18th position, with the data showing it gets 281.3 test applications per month.
According to Quote Devil, 88.1% of these applications are scheduled within the month, however, the average test wait time is 15.2 weeks, while the average monthly pass rate is 50.5%
The report shows on average there are 10.1 no shows to driving tests in Tralee each month, while it’s 9 in Killarney.
Meanwhile, Newcastle West test centre ranked at 22; Newcastle West – Longcourt House Hotel Centre was in 29th place; while Mallow driving test centre was 31st in the list.
