Remote working putting pressure on Kerry house market

Working from home is driving demand for houses in Kerry.

That’s according to Paul Stephenson of Sherry Fitzgerald, Stephenson Crean estate agents in Tralee.

Mr Stephenson said more people want to move back to Kerry now that they’re not tied to an office in Dublin.

And he said people also want to live nearer to family as a result of the pandemic.
