A record-breaking 44-thousand people are expected to pass through Shannon Airport this October Bank Holiday weekend.

It'll be the highest number of passengers to travel through its terminal over the Halloween break since 2009.
The airport says 200 extra flights have been added during school holidays in October, Christmas and Easter.
