The Chair of Puck Fair says people are abiding by a request from Gardaí not to engage in unofficial gatherings or erect stalls in Killorglin.

The Chair of Puck Fair says people are abiding by a request from Gardaí not to engage in unofficial gatherings or erect stalls in Killorglin.

The iconic festival, which is in existence for over 400 years, was due to begin today but was cancelled due to COVID-19.

Organisers say a virtual event will be held on their social media channels this evening at 6 o'clock.
