The average price of a second hand three-bed semi detached house in the county has risen to €375,000.
That's an increase of over 6% {6.1%} from 2024, according to a national survey by Real Estate Alliance.
Prices in Killarney have increased by 2.5% to €405,000, while Tralee prices risen to €345,000, up over 11% {11.3%}.
The impending nationwide rent pressure zone at the end of February has seen a 38% increase in landlord sales in many areas.
Around the county, prices have risen .7% in the three months from September to December 2025.
The average selling price of a three-bed, semi-detached house across the country rose by 1.6pc in the past three months to almost €360,000 {€359,417}.
