Planning permission is being sought for a waste facility in North Kerry.
John Higgins of Higgins Waste and Recycling is seeking permission for the construction of a waste facility in Abbeydorney, located at Ballyhenry and Rathscannel.
Kerry County Council is due to make a decision on the application by mid-September.
