Planning permission is to be sought for a development comprising 25 houses in Tralee.
Tello Developments (Ballyard) Limited is applying to Kerry County Council for permission to build the 20 four-bed two-storey and 5 five-bed three-storey houses on land south of Tralee Bay and Wetlands Centre.
The proposal also includes 50 car parking spaces, entrance, open spaces and associated site works.
