Planning permission is being sought for 12 apartments in Killarney.
Ross Building and Maintenance Solutions LTD has applied to Kerry County Council for the development at Port Road, Inch, Coollegrean, Killarney.
The proposed development comprises a three-story apartment block with 12 units, along with car and bicycling parking. The council is due to make a decision on November 12th.
