Planning is being sought for a 34-house development in Killarney.
Flesk Grove Developments Limited has applied to Kerry County Council to demolish a former B&B at Ballycasheen and build the new development on the almost one-hectare site.
The 34 two-storey houses will comprise twelve two-bed terraced houses, eight two-bed semi-detached and fourteen three-bed semi-detached houses.

The application also includes an amenity area, car parking, roads and footpaths.
The developers say the principle target group for the development is first-time buyers.
A decision will be made in the coming months.
