Planning permission is being sought to demolish the former cinema in Listowel and build an apartment block on the site.
Solomon Property Limited submitted the application to Kerry County Council.
The company is seeking to demolish the existing vacant cinema on William Street Upper in Listowel and has applied for a change of use to residential.

It’s seeking to build 16 apartments consisting of eight one-bed and eight two-bed apartments on the site.
Kerry County Council is due to make a decision on the application on June 18th.
