Planning is sought for 40 new homes on the outskirts of Tralee town.
Tello Developments Ltd is applying for permission to construct the houses at Springmount, Ballyard.
The company plans to build two storey semi-detached and terraced residential dwellings and is seeking a 10-year planning permission.

The proposed development comprises of six two-beds units, 22 three-beds, and 12 four-bed homes.
The application also seeks permission for 68 car parking spaces, shared open spaces, and provision of emergency access from Lover’s Lane.
Kerry County Council has said it will decide on the application by January 30th.
