Planners will decide next month whether to allow the construction of 36 apartments in Killarney.
IPH Killarney Holdings Ltd have applied to Kerry County Council to build the apartments in a six-storey building on Monsignor O'Flaherty Road in Coollegrean.
The development would include 25 two-bedroom apartments and 11 one-bed units, along with parking facilities and a courtyard amenity area.
