Planning permission has been granted for upgrade works to Tralee bus station.
Kerry County Council has granted permission to Bus Éireann to add a single story extension onto Casement Station.
The plans also include a redesign of the ground floor waiting area to improve accessibility.
The proposed floor plan aims to provide additional space for wheelchair users and install an upgraded ticket office with low-level counters and audio aids.
A canopy at the rear of the building to provide shelter for customers and a dedicated area for guide dogs are also included in the proposal.
